List of 52 SOEs Prohibited from Reshuffling Directors by Danantara

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Investment Management Agency of Daya Anagata Nusantara (BPI Danantara) has instructed State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) not to make changes to the management structure during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST). The prohibition applies to both parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies.

The order is stated in a letter from the Head of Danantara Executive Board Number: S-049/DI-BP/VI/2025 regarding the Implementation of RUPST in SOEs, Subsidiaries (AP), and Affiliated Companies (CP) of SOEs dated Monday, June 23, 2025.

"All SOEs, AP, and CP are not allowed to change the board of directors in the Annual General Meeting until there is a comprehensive evaluation by BPI Danantara or DAM (PT Danantara Asset Management (Persero))," said the Head of the Executive Board or Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Danantara, Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, in his letter.

Danantara stated that the order not to change the management is related to the implementation of the share inbreng of SOEs into Danantara's operational holding, namely DAM, as stipulated in Government Regulation (PP) Number 15 of 2025 dated March 21, 2025, which regulates DAM as the owner of shares series B and C of SOEs.

Furthermore, considering Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies (Company Law), Danantara requests all SOEs that have not held RUPST to carry it out at the latest on Monday, June 30, 2025, in compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations.

The 52 SOEs prohibited from changing their structure by Danantara include:
