Oklahoma City Thunder’s Victory in NBA 2025 Season

The triumph of Oklahoma City Thunder didn’t stop at their second ever titles on the NBA finals this year, with the team’s star guard, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander came forward as the Most Valuable Player of the NBA for the franchise’s 2024-25 season.

Throughout the years, OKC had engaged in the final rounds five times, defeating the Washington Wizards back in 1979, and eventually reclaimed their titles glory 49 years later in 2025 after a tight match of 103-91 against the Indiana Pacers. Prior to the 2025 NBA finals, OKC showed outstanding performances on the field by securing 68 regular season games wins, The Times reported.

Having been the youngest to win an NBA Finals title since 1977, the team’s dazzling MVP, Gilgeous-Alexander has a bright future ahead of his career, as per France24. With a PPG reaching 30.3, he is expected to receive bargaining agreements as well as loaded draft picks.

List of Active NBA Teams with No Championships

Amidst the gleaming rounds of NBA seasons, there are still several teams that have yet to conquer the court even after decades of playing.

According to The Scotsman, Charlotte Hornets, Memphis Grizzlies, Brooklyn Nets, Los Angeles Clippers, Orlando Magic, Minnesota Timberwolves, Phoenix Suns, New Orleans Pelicans, Indiana Pacers, and Utah Jazz currently don’t have any titles under their names.
