TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - BP gas stations announced a price reduction for its gasoil (diesel fuel), BP Ultimate Diesel, from Rp25,060 per liter to Rp21,340 per liter starting July 1, 2026.
According to the official bp Indonesia website accessed in Jakarta on Wednesday, the price adjustment only applies to gasoil fuel.
Meanwhile, gasoline prices remained stable for July 1, 2026, with BP 92 at Rp16,670 per liter and BP Ultimate at Rp17,240 per liter.
Both gasoline fuels experienced price increases on June 10, 2026, with BP 92 increasing from Rp12,390 per liter in March 2026 to Rp16,670 per liter starting June 10.
Meanwhile, BP Ultimate also experienced a price increase on June 10, 2026, from Rp12,930 per liter to Rp17,240 per liter.
Meanwhile, state-owned oil company Pertamina announced a price reduction for non-subsidized diesel fuel types Pertamina Dex and Dexlite, as well as Pertamax Turbo gasoline, starting July 1, 2026.
According to Pertamina's official website, as reported by Jakarta on Wednesday, Pertamina has adjusted fuel prices.
As in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek), the price of Pertamina Dex Series, or non-subsidized diesel fuel, has also decreased.
The price of Dexlite (CN 51) fuel dropped to Rp19,700 per liter from Rp23,000 per liter in June 2026.
Pertamina Dex (CN 53) also dropped to Rp21,150 per liter from Rp24,800 per liter.
A similar change occurred for Pertamax Turbo (RON 98) fuel, which dropped to Rp19,300 per liter from Rp20,750 per liter in June.
Meanwhile, the price of Pertamax (RON 92) fuel remained at Rp16,250 per liter, and Pertamax Green (RON 95) at Rp17,000 per liter. The price increases for both products occurred on June 10, 2026, several months after the government curbed fuel prices that had soared due to the war between the United States (US), Israel, and Iran.
The prices of assigned and subsidized fuels have not changed, namely Pertalite at Rp10,000 per liter and Biosolar at Rp6,800 per liter.
