TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) mulls is considering revising the target for the initial public offering (IPO) this year. As of July 9, 2026, six companies have listed their IPOs on IDX, out of 50 companies it targeted for this year.
The Director of Corporate Assessment at IDX, Saidu Solihin, said discussion is underway, as it will only be known at the end of this year "whether we hit the target or not."
"We are currently discussing whether there will be a revision, and no decision has been made yet," he told the media at the IDX building on Thursday, July 9, 2026.
Nevertheless, Saidu expressed optimism about the IPO target amid the highly volatile market conditions, believing that situation will improve once the IDX regains investor confidence and geopolitical tensions ease.
Saidu also stated that IDX is currently prioritizing quality over quantity of companies conducting IPOs. This is in line with efforts to reform the integrity of the capital market.
At present, there are six companies in the pipeline for IPO share listings, dominated by large-scale asset categories. In terms of sectors, Healthcare stands out, followed by Consumer Cyclicals, Consumer Non-Cyclicals, and Basic Materials.
As of July 9, 2026, six companies that have already gone public on the exchange are PT BSA Logistics Indonesia Tbk. (WBSA), PT Niramas Utama Tbk. (JELI), PT Esa Medika Mandiri Tbk. (EMMI), PT Bach Multi Global Tbk. (BACH), PT Nitrasanata Dharma Tbk. (JECX), and PT Prodia Diagnostic Line Tbk. (PRDL). Furthermore, on July 10, 2026, PT Rans Entertainment Tbk is also scheduled to conduct its initial public offering on the exchange.
