Who Are Among Rans Entertainment's Top Shareholders?

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Celebrity entrepreneur Raffi Ahmad's media and entertainment company, Rans Entertainment, is set to go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Several famed public figures and high-ranking officials are listed as shareholders, citing the IDX's e-IPO page.

Prior to the initial public offering, the largest shareholder in Rans Entertainment is Raffi Ahmad, with 7.93 billion shares, equivalent to 78.68 percent. The second largest shareholder is PT Indonesia Entertainment Group with 911 million shares, or 9.04 percent. Following that, Soultan Ariq Rachman holds 345 million shares, or 3.43 percent.

The COO of the country's sovereign wealth fund Danantara and Head of the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Body, Dony Oskaria, is also listed as a shareholder with a stake of 345 million shares or 3.42 percent. Then, Sutanto Hartono holds 144 million shares, or 1.43 percent.

Raffi Ahmad's wife, Nagita Slavina, is also listed as a shareholder of Rans Entertainment, holding 124 million shares, or 1.24 percent. Meanwhile, the Chair of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI), Kaesang Pangarep, holds 115 million shares, or 1.14 percent.

The next shareholders are Himkat Janika, who holds 86 million shares or 0.86 percent, and PT Ekonomi Baru Investasi Teknologi, which holds 76 million shares, or 0.76 percent.

Through the initial public offering, Rans Entertainment is seeking to rake in up to Rp429.25 billion by offering 2.5 billion shares, or 20.02 percent of the total listed shares. The initial offering period or book building will take place on June 23-25, 2026.
